At COZ Magazine, we are more than just a publication—we are a community-driven collective. We are a FREE cosplay and community magazine dedicated to documenting the artistry of creators and the energy of events across the nation and around the globe. Our mission is to provide a high-quality platform that celebrates the passion of the fandom, from the biggest international conventions to the local workshops that keep our culture thriving.

We are looking for creative, dedicated, and talented individuals to help us tell these stories. If you live and breathe cosplay, music, and community culture, we want you on our team. We are currently seeking:

• Photographers: To capture the cinematic beauty of the community.

• Columnists & Opinion Writers: To provide insight into the latest trends and topics.

• Podcasters: To help host and produce the COZ Cast.

• DIY Creators: To share tutorials on everything from foam smithing to electronics.

The Opportunity

It is important to note that COZ Magazine is a passion project run for the community, by the community. These are non-compensated volunteer positions. However, joining our team offers unique opportunities that go beyond a paycheck.

As a COZ Team member, you may be given official assignments that grant you special media access to major conventions, artist alleys, and celebrity guests. You’ll have the chance to build a professional portfolio, gain industry experience, and represent the magazine at the heart of the action—all while helping us celebrate the community we love.
